DEMANDING RETURN FOR ALEX ESCRIG AT MOTORLAND: PERSEVERANCE AND LEARNING IN MOTO2

Alex Escrig returned to action this weekend at the MotorLand Aragón circuit, after two rounds of absence due to injury, and did so with a solid performance in demanding conditions. The Valencian KLINT Forward Factory Team rider crossed the finish line in 21st position, in a race marked by intense heat and high competitiveness in the Moto2 class.

Throughout the weekend, Escrig proved to be in good shape and confident on the bike, but the race presented him with an unexpected challenge: a notable loss of grip on the front that complicated his pace in the final stages. Despite this, he completed the race with determination, closing a valuable weekend to continue accumulating kilometres and fine-tuning his performance in the coming events.

"Today for the first time I suffered from tyre wear, which complicated the race and didn't allow me to be as competitive as I wanted to be. I'm a bit disappointed because I felt good on the bike," said Álex after the race. "Now we will analyse the data to see where we can improve and we are already thinking about the next Grand Prix in Mugello. Thanks to all the sponsors who support us".

From the pit box, the team gave a positive assessment of the #11's work, highlighting his consistency and ability to adapt to a demanding weekend. The performance in Aragón marks a step forward in the recovery process of Escrig, who now sets his sights on the Italian GP, from 20 to 22 June, where he will be looking to make further progress and get closer to the points.
